Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days

    Shipping method: EMS

    All shipping fee will be calculated based on EMS rate

    Shipping fee will vary for all other countries depending on package weight and destination.

    Products will only be shipped after payment has been made.  Shipping will take 7-10 business days (for in-stock items). Shipping may take longer for some items.  EMS tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.

    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.  All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.  All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the item (even for defective items),

and must be returned and shared the return tracking number to us within 7 days after confirmation.


Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).


We don’t accept Exchange requests "after shipment" due to a change of mind. Please return and get refunded for item price. 

Cancelation and Exchange "before shipment" is subject to approval. 


Oxforder must be contacted via the Q and A Board before making any returns or exchanges.  Product availability must be checked first for exchanges.

When posting a refund request for defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with the order number, 

product codes, and a written explanation to the Q and A Board.


If any items are missing from your package, contact our customer service the day you receive your package.


Oxforder will only bear the shipping costs of defective or wrongly shipped items.

All customers will be responsible for returning shipping costs , initial shipping costs and possible return tax may be deducted on the refund.

If non-defective items are sent to Oxofrder along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.


Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.


The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

  • If the return deadline is over
  • If there is any sign of worn or used after delivered 
  • If the tag / label is removed
  • If the item was washed or repaired 
  • If the item is with scent of perfume or smell of cigarette / etc
  • If the item was mentioned as non-returnable/exchangeable in the site like discounted item
  • If the item is damaged including all components by customer
  • If the order made via other channel, not our site
  • All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.


You may cancel an order if the “preparing products” status remains for 10 days or longer.


Oxforder is not responsible for problems caused by carelessness of buyers.  

Items returned or exchanged that are identified to be damaged by buyers will result in legal action taken by Oxforder according to seller and buyer’s protection laws.

Please wash and care items according to the tips stated on the website.


Wrinkles or creasing from delivery or minor issues with stitches, glue marks, or chalk marks will not be considered defects.

Items that are the wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer will not be considered defective items.


All products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including product, bag, box, and any gifts. 

If any gifts that were sent have been used or lost, the buyer will be responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return or exchange.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
